While construction work and software development deliver very different results, there share underlying similarities. To begin with, both types of projects rely heavily on both people and technology.
Of course, technology is important, but it is certainly not the only factor. A good team is essential to get good results, and while it requires both experience and technical expertise, this is still not enough. What is equally important is a constructive and positive attitude that lifts the project above simple mechanics and delivers results far beyond expectations.
Admittedly, we are fairly technical people at Nordija. However, we are also experienced enough to understand the great potential for quality and speed that comes from paying attention to people.
