Nordija sells IT consultancy activities to focus on IPTV

The last couple of years, Nordija have had two areas of business: IT consultancy and the IPTV product fokusOn.

Both have done well in 2008, but it is two very different markets so we decided that it would be to the two departments mutual benefit, to split them up.

So as of today, the IT consultancy of Nordija is now part of Trifork Projects Copenhagen A/S which is owned by Trifork with 51% and the founders behind Nordija with 49%. The CEO of Nordija becomes the new CEO of Trifork Projects Copenhagen.

Nordija continues their growth and now with complete focus on IPTV and related services. New CEO is Thomas Christensen, who has been the CTO since 1998.
