System Integration

Middleware needs to be closely integrated with the back end systems both covering the operational support systems and the business support systems. That is why the fokusOn platform is built to be integrated from day one.

Nordija offers to integrate any billing system, customer relationship management system and epg/vod meta data feed that is required to get the operation fully automated.

A bigger part of the fokusOn core now consists also of a workflow, completely automating the obtaining of video content, the encryption process and the delivery onto the vod servers. It also brings the meta data into the vod shops and performs graphical scaling taking care of aspects and resolutions. This is a very flexible workflow engine based on Apache Camel and we of cause offer to integrated and tailor it to the needs of our customers.
