We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Team

We are looking for a Project Manager to steer our existing and new projects delivering TV and Streaming Services to global customers and partners. Our main product is called ‘fokusOn’, and it is a backend-to-frontend software toolkit, that allows global content owners to develop, design and deliver their TV and streaming services on all major devices.

As a project lead at Nordija you will become a part of an industry that is ever changing and you will join a dynamic, creative and informal environment where flexibility and room for personal and professional growth are the core values. You will be working closely with Nordija´s COO and get end-to-end responsibility in regards to managing the implementation of our products. You will corporate on a daily basis with your colleagues of which many are software developers as well as external partners and suppliers with the ambition to deliver the best software solutions on the market.

About you

You have a strong inner drive, and you are motivated by reaching your goals. You have an independent approach to your job and you work in a structured and organised way, and you fit the following:

  • You thrive in contact with customers
  • You have experience in leading software teams using Scrum
  • You have at least five years of experience within Project Management
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or higher education
  • You speak and write fluently in English
  • You are flexible in taking on tasks which are outside your primary area of responsibility
  • You have business skills and the ability to balance deadlines, resources and economy

Your salary will be negotiated in relation to the expectations of the title and your qualifications. Expect around 20-25 travel days per year.
